1. Set a Sprint Goal: Begin by writing a clear, concise goal for your sprint in the "Sprint Goal" text area. This should be the one most important thing the team aims to achieve.
2. Add Tasks: In the "Add New Task" section, enter a description of the work item (user story or task) and estimate its complexity using story points. Click "Add Task".
3. Track Progress: The main board shows your tasks organized by status. As the team works on items, you can update the status of each task using the dropdown menu on the card.
4. Monitor Capacity: The tool automatically calculates the total story points in each status column and for the entire sprint. This helps you visualize your team's workload and progress at a glance.
